Fair quote for plastering?

Hi
I have a box room that has two outside walls which need insulating internally.
I've been quoted £450 to have insulated plaster board put on the two walls and have them skimmed over twice. This price includes the skirting boards being taken off and put back on and all the materials. He said it's a day's work and he'll pop back one morning to do the final skimming coat.
Does this sound like a fair price?
I'm based in greater London.
Thanks

Hi, we move threads if we think they’ll get more help elsewhere (please read the forum rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.
I’ve moved your thread from the ‘In my home’ board to the ‘Is This Quote Fair?’ board, where it is better suited.

Probably a bit more than a days work. Even so, a fair price.
While the skirting boards are off, strip off the old paint, sand, prime, sand, undercoat. A water based acrylic primer & undercoat will dry pretty quick (usually within half an hour). Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

I wish you wouldn't move threads as many people miss them in the more obscure corners of the board.0 -
"skimmed over twice""do the final skimming coat"
Think you have misunderstood that, but the price is sound0
