smilemore price hike

Got an email from smile the other day saying they are increasing their smilemore fee by 25%!!!! They reckon that this is justified by 'higher costs' and a few fairly useless negotiated deals with partners (quite clearly at no cost to themselves).

I'm a big fan of smile, ethical banking, great customer service, good rates etc, but this turns a very competitive product into a fairly unattractive one. I'm switching it back to a regular account in protest more than anything!
