Notice of disassocciation & mortgage company

I’ve separated from my partner and as I am unable to take over the mortgage fully at the present time I bought him out using a deed of trust in which I paid him money and indemnified him against the debt.
I would like to post a notice of dissociation or correction (whichever I am able to do) with the three main credit agencies so we are no longer financially linked but my question is: will this either notify or allow the mortgage company to find out that he is no longer living here?
I would rather not get them involved if possible as I don't want the hassle and I'm not obliged to tell them as far as I know (solicitor agrees).
What, if any, impact will the notice of disassociation have?
Any guidance appreciated, thanks.

If the mortgage is still in joint names, then you won't be able to file a notice of disassociation, regardless of any separate agreements you have with him.0

I was told that although that is generally true sometimes they will let you do this - or at least post a notice of correction.0

You can file a notice of correction, but it's unlikely to have any positive impact, although potentially a negative one.0
