Don't worry CM, they are in good hands.

That is not what CM asked. You can tell me, I have been vetted to the very highest level.

I asked the BPA about it once. Their reply was that they could monitor their members and provide scrutiny and increased supervision so that future offending could be prevented.

I asked what increased monitoring occurred for offenders and they didn't answer. I asked a few times just in case they didn't get the request.

The DVLA said it was a matter for the BPA.

Draw your own conclusions as to the issue of increased supervision. I couldn't possibly comment.

As time goes on, the BPA will be unable to answer most questions.
They know this is all a scam and so do the DVLA

Those thermometers are so long! Ouch. :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    I hope you are right.

Depends on your viewpoint but I know who I hope is nowhere near it.
