Has anyone received their winter fuel payment yet? I'm sure ours came earlier than this last year.

In 2016, you posted that your husband received it on 23rd November

That being the second year your husband had received it.
As per that thread, no one appeared to have received it before 22nd November, with a range of dates, and some didn't appear to have received it until 30th November0 -
