Shared Ownership Leasehold Flat

Hi,

It's been over 5 months since my Mortgage offer was accepted.
The Property is shared Ownership Leasehold.
My solicitor raised 12 enquiries beginning of June.
They were chasing via email the Sellers Solicitor and they've answered 9 out of 12 enquiries since today.
I will list the remaining Questions:

3.Please Clarify the Extent of the Property. The Title Plan indicates that only The First Floor of the Building is included in the Demise with the Remainder being the Parking Space to the front. The Description of the Property in the lease describes it has a ground floor Flat and the Estate Agents Particulars describe it as a Duplex Apartment over two Floors.

5.Please Confirm why the Freehold for each Flat has been separately Registered

12.Update the Building insurace, because the current one is Expired

My Mortgage offer is expiring in one and a half Month time.
I keep calling the EA and my Solicitor every single day to find out if they have any further updates for me. The EA tells me it is with the Land registry now since October and they can't chase anymore the sellers side, because the Land registry will decide and my Solicitor tells me we will keep chasing them again. This is now more than a month and nothing happened since.
Does anyone had similar experience?
How can I make sure it is been with The Land registry.
Can I check it myself to call Land registry and to find out How long it will going to take?

Could someone give me an advice what to do now, please?

Thanks

SO can take a long time, chasing it with the LR will not make it quicker. You may need to extend your mortgage offer.

Your seller will be ready when their ready

Try posting on the Land Registry thread, one of their reps should be able to answer for you - although you may have to wait until Monday to get an answer as I'm not sure they work weekends.
