my telly packed in the other day so i looked through the forum and found a link to a telly off here (many thanks  ) but i need some help please, i bought a telly off ebuyer, this one http://www.ebuyer.com/product/126887/show_product_specifications
Here is my proof of purchase and model number
This email is to acknowledge placement of order number 95****
You have ordered the following items
Item: Hanspree YT08-37E1-000G 37" HD LCD TV Black 1366x768 1000:1 16:9 500cd/m2 8ms
Qty: 1Cost: 314.98
and took delivery off it today, then realised that they had sent me the wrong model, they sent me this one http://www.ebuyer.com/product/125720 so i phoned them up and said they sent me the wrong model to the lady telling me that they dont sell the JT02 model and said she would get back to me when she has spoken to there warehouse, checks my email this evening to get this response:
Dear steven dobson, I have been advised by our stock control that the model that we have in stock is the JT02 37E2-000G. We have advised the product manager about this so they can change the description on the website.
 but i ordered the YT08 model and if you see my second link to ebuyer it shows that the JT 02 model is dicontinued
and then i get this email
I would advise that if you do not require this item you will need to raise a return online for the item. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Kind Regards Becky Ebuyer Customer Support
but the thing is i paid for next day delivery as i needed a telly and now they want me to send it back for the one i ordered, so where do i stand to as to get some moneyback as obviously i have paid for a newer model but got the old model as i am happy with the telly that they have sent me but not happy with what has happened
many thanks to who can help me out
steve

ebuyer often replace items that they no longer have ins tock, and in my experience its usually for the better.
but.... if yuor not happy, just do a returns request via the online system in place and they will collect it. its dead easy and i have sent several items back and never had an issue.
also, dont forget that under consumer rights law, you have 7 days to decide to return an item regardless, and providing you keep within that term, there is nothing they can do.
ebuyer are generally good guys0 -
the thing is that i dont want to send it back as it looks better than the one i ordered, its just that i have got a lower model than the one i ordered and with like everything else if it is the lower model it is generally cheaper:beer: steves cleenz valeting :beer:0

You would be hard pressed to find either model for much less than £315. The choice is either send it back and get a refund, or keep it and enjoy watching it0
