Hello Folks
I wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction with this one.
We have two Xbox 360s in our household. Both have had to be sent back for repair, twice, so that's a total of four times.
This time it's been away with them for over a month and each time I ring them to see what's happening with it, they tell me they can't find it! So I'm going around in circles and I'm sick of it. They did give me an email address to send my complaint to, but as yet I've had no reply and of course each time I ring, I only get to speak to someone in the Indian call centre!
Can someone please tell me where I should turn next to get this xbox replaced or returned!

I would contact trading standards and see what they say. You may still be able to claim under the sale of goods act I'm just not sure due to your going to the manufacturer rather than the company you made the contract with who are responsible for providing you with non inherently faulty goods.0

me again, how long do you normally have to wait for an email response from microsoft? i emailed them 3 days ago and i'm sure on the website it said 24hr response time. I don't want to phone up a foreign call centre. If they do not email me back has anyone got a more specific (ie, higher up) email address?Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. I emailed Trading Standards this afternoon, so will wait for a response.
Pumpa, which email address did you use for Microsoft?
If anyone else has any suggestions, then I'd sure like to hear them, this is really getting out of hand now and is totally ridiculous. If anyone else treated their customers like this, they'd soon be out of business.

If you but a new one in Argos/Woolworths, they normally just swap it over straight away if you have the receipt.
A couple of my friends have done this when suffering from the red rings of death.0 -
Thanks, I just need to get either my own one back or find out what to do if they still can't find it, this is taking an eternity, surely there must be somewhere to turn when the customer support is so diabolical as MS is?

Just keep hassling them...the good news is they quite often offer a couple of games or something when they mess you around...0
