Kitchen floor porcelain tiles - labour cost

Hi we have had a quote of £900 for labour only to lay our kitchen floor tiles(well also he is supplying the clips and wedges) and also fit our electric underfloor heating.
So the tiles are 1 metre x 1 metre porcelain tiles and the floor area is 27sqm
The floor is level so he said it does not need leveller
Its is a kitchen/extension and it is currently all empty so he'd be laying before the kitchen is fitted.
We will provide all materials so this is a labour only quote
We live in the North West
He said the job will take approx 2.5 days
Is this a fair price?
Thanks
