For work, scrupulously, using excel & the workphone camera.
Severe column & row totals mean every single purchase appears at least twice so I know the total is solid, plus on another tab I paste in the photos of the receipts. As our management checks include eyeballing the original paper, most of my claims not only go through at welcome speed but are ticked as management checked as they go.
At home, rather less tidy but at least I have a pretty good idea what I have spent money on (plus I know where to look for the evidence). The joint account is more challenging but Himself works mostly in cash.0 -
best way ever was on paper with a notebook. Don`t need to do it now, only me and I am still watchful but buy what I want when I want because I am basically not extravagent anyway0
