Parking rights on private land

Hi all,
Looking for a bit of advice on our rights on parking. We live on a private road which is shared between a few houses. We have a shared drive where parts of it are classed as ‘green land’. Aslong as we give our neighbours a right of passage, are we allowed to park on the green land?(which is owned by us)

This forum is for help with private parking invoices rather than legal issues over land
Your solicitor will give you a definitive answer (assuming that you now have issues with neighbours etc)0 -
You need to check with your conveyancing solicitors. We deal with private parking tickets, where there is no regulation on private land, not residential-related legal issues.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
