Parking charge Notice

While preparing appeals letter I noticed on the invoice the location stated did not have the road name.I looked up the Post Code it refers to a different road to where the car was parked.
Would this be enough for non payment re technical error ?

Highly unlikely. In an unregulated scam, such issues are pretty irrelevant unless they say your vehicle was parked in John O'Groats, when it's never been further north than Lands End.
