Late payments

So I had a few issues back in 2013 that resulted in a series of late payments on my CC. These have been reported to Call credit and Equifax in subtly different ways.

Callcredit - 2012/2013
Nov (2) Dec (2) Jan (3) Feb (2) Mar (2) Apr (1)
Equifax - 2012/2013
Aug (1) Sept (ok) oct (1) Nov (2) Dec (2) Jan (3) Feb (NR) Mar (NR) Apr (1)

The question is when will these disappear? Callcredit may have already removed the Oct 2012 entry (because it starts at 2). Checkmy file say that its 6 years after the account closure (sounds harsh), the equifax website says its 7 years. I have also read that in a series of late payments, the earliest date is used as the reference?
