TfL PCN No Right Turn

I have received a TFL PCN for contravening a no right turn, with cctv evidence. I didn’t realise this particular junction was restricted as such and I believe the signage isn’t clear.
I’ll paste the google street view link after my initial post (automatic spam block feature).
I was staying at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel on the cobbled area where York Road joins Addington street. I joined York Road and turned right into Addington street. It turns out that there is a no right turn, except local busses sign opposite the junction, but it’s not visible when approaching from the hotel exit.
Is this worth challenging on the principle of poor signage?

Looking at the street view image, I would agree that the sigange appears to be inadequate. There should be a 'no right turn' sign at the end of York Road. The one on the central reservation could be obscured from the view of drivers exiting York Road be passing traffic.
I would appeal on the grounds of inadequate signage.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0
