What's the best temperature to set the heat of my radiators at? Is there any hard and set best case? I can go all the way to 80c on my boiler.

If you have a condensing boiler - and only older boilers are non condensing - then you should run the water temperature as low as possible; but obviously warm enough to reach the desired room temperatures.

The easy answer is the lowest temperature you can get away with that heats the house adequately in a reasonable amount of time.

As Cardew says if you've got a condensing boiler then the lower the better.

Try it at 55 or 60c for a couple of days and if you are still cold or it takes ages for the house or rooms to get up to temperature then crank it up by 5 degrees and try again. keep going till you are happy

Although be a bit careful if you've got young children or elderly people about to avoid them burning themselves on red hot radiators.

    .

the condensing aspect of a condensing boiler only works if the *Return* flow temperature is around 55C - the dew point where steam condenses.

If you have it too high, it won't condense.

I'm guessing that if he sets his boiler at 55 or 60 then the return temperature will be 55 or below assuming that the delta across the radiators is around 10 degrees.
