Wonder if anyone else has had trouble with Virgin Media's On Demand? After numerous calls to the help line we were finally told that they have had the fault for 9 months; they don't tell you that when you sign up. Filled with confidence, we were then told that a previous problem took a year to rectify! Surely there must be something that can be done; we are paying for a service which is not being provided. Can anyone help, please!

HAHAHAHA This sounds so familiar its unreal

I have had no end of problems with Virgin they are the WORST company EVER
My on demand is not working either.
I have been charged for on demand and paid events that I never used.
Every month its the same. I get the bill through the door and prepare myself for hours of irritation and passing the book.
I have threatened to leave on several occasions thats usually when i get passed through to retentions ans they give me an offer t make me stay.
My advice is complain and threaten to leave. at the very least you will get a discount
I wish you the bst of luck with this as Virgin is th most frustrating company Ihav ever had to deal with. DONT JUST GIVE UP thats what they want us to do. Most people don't bother to chase it because its too much hassle.Current Debt : FEB 2010 - £10,000, OCT 2010 - £5,000 :jCompetitions Won : ->:rotfl: HAHA Don't be silly Been Comping for 2 years! Still no wins!:rotfl:0
