I received 2 x fines saying a notice has been sent to the registered keeper for the Alleged contravention of use of private car park without a valid payment/permit.

There are photo's of my car entering (with no time logged) and a photo of me leaving (with time logged). No other evidence or photos of no ticket being purchased or displayed - which is the supposed contravention???. I can provide evidence I purchased tickets (the actual slips I threw away).

I know there are lots of template here about appealing so I'm happy to just use them from previous threads. My questions is how can claim contravention of non payment by just sending me photo's of being in the car park??

It seems they've taken a photo of my car and just claimed I've not paid!

No need for APCOA threads at all, they are so easy to beat.

Just do what it says in the NEWBIES thread. Easily seen off.

The PCN was possibly due to either you inputting a wrong VRN, or their keypad have a sticky K key or whatever (seen this before). Then the payment doesn't match a VRN captured by ANPR, and hey presto, even if their own machine failed to record the VRN properly due to sticky keys/a glitch in the system, a scam PCN arrives.

In the appeal, what you DO NOT DO is talk about who was driving or the story of what happened, oh no! Hence the forum template in the NEWBIES thread.

DO NOT USE the one in the MSE article about parking tickets. Only our one, from this forum in the NEWBIES thread.

As well as the good advice you have already been given wright649, you would wise to edit your opening post to remove clues to the driver's identity.

Can I suggest your second paragraph should perhaps look something like:

No other evidence or photos of no ticket being purchased or displayed - which is the supposed contravention???. I can provide evidence that the driver purchased tickets (the actual slips have been thrown away).

Notice the subtle differences?

Please edit your post along those lines.
