Prize Draw Rules

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who apply for the &MORE Credit Card or Chargecard, and existing &MORE Credit or Chargecard cardholders who purchase in M&S either instore or online with their &MORE card, between 1 November 2007 and 2 January 2008. Employees of Marks & Spencer, Marks & Spencer Money and HSBC Group are excluded from entry. One entry per card application or transaction. There is no restriction on number of entries. For new customers entry is dependent on acceptance of application.
2. All eligible applications or transactions made on or before the closing date of 2 January 2008 will be entered into the prize draw. The winners will be the first three entrants whose names are drawn after the closing date of 2 January 2008.
3. There are three prizes each of a luxury holiday to Hollywood in 2008 for two adults, plus £500 worth of M&S Travel Money. Prize restricted to one per cardholder.
4. The prize draw will take place on 31 January 2008. The winners will be informed by telephone and confirmation letter by 29 February 2008 and their details will be passed to Thomas Cook to fulfill their prize. All travel must be completed by 31 December 2008 and holiday restrictions may apply.
5. Additional copies of the rules and the name and county of the winners (after 29 February 2008 and subject to their agreement) can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to WIN A TRIP TO HOLLYWOOD PRIZE DRAW, Commercial Department, Marks & Spencer Money, FREEPOST License No NWW6069A, Chester, CH99 9YE.
6. The company's decision is final and no other correspondance will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
7. The company reserves the right to make minor changes to the prize advertised at its absolute discretion. No cash alternative will be offered to the prize stated.
8. Winners may be required to take part in further publicity arising from the prize draw.
9. If, in our reasonable discretion, we consider that it is unreasonable that the prize draw should proceed, whether due to some administrative error or otherwise, then we may declare the draw void.
