PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. The OP "doesn't do" general posting services such as these, all their letters are hand carried by one individual directly to the intended recipient.0 -

The OP does not "do" spelling either: besides, "From One Direction..." is an intriguing subject, makiing this thread seem even more exciting than it is.0 -
We do not know the circumstances of the OP.
Please refrain from some of your comments, there may be a good reason why they cannot use public transport, or are having difficulty in obtaining this information through their own research.
However, the OP will be best placed to contact a few solicitors that are local to them and ask if they will complete Form ID1 and what their charges are. Solicitors can charge for this service, and
it could be more than £20.00. A solicitor takes on a risk of incorrectly identifying a person so these fees have increased recently following court rulings on id.0 -

.
'I don't do xyz' is generally a sign of lifestyle choice not necessity.
'I can't use....' might indicate different circumstances.0 -
Rang 5 so-called solicitors today and lowest price per person was 50 pounds and highest was 80 pounds plus vat. One did offer a discount as there are three of us and this was 70 quid a person and 190 for the three. The solicitor we used to buy the property is no longer in business I learnt today.
So it's off to Croydon at 90 pounds for the cab up and back, works out the cheapest and will be able to lodge the TR1 & AP1 at the same time.0 -
Why don't you pay the £50 for local option, and the others take public transport? Surely you don't all have to be there at the same time do you?2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0

You should do what I did and make friends with a solicitor then it's done for free and no travelling0
