Littlewoods/ Shop Direct PPI Claim

Hello
I've not been on here in a few years, but I wanted to ask some advice please as to how to go about claiming back any PPI from the 15 years I had an account with Littlewoods, If of course I can.
I had an account with them from 2000 - 2015, I checked all the dates with my Experian account, and I also found a bill from Littlewoods from 2002 where I was paying an insurance called "Extra care 500 insurance", and from memory the amount due monthly was I believe, linked to the amount that I actually owed at any one time.
I used to religiously keep all my bills, but I have a nasty feeling that I got rid of a lot of my old stuff a few years ago.
Sorry to sound so clueless, but how do I go about making a claim ?, if I can, as the only other PPI claims I've made the bank almost did all the work for me.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

You write to them and complain (not claim) about why you feel it was miss-sold along with any evidence you have

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
