Paying to return duplicated order

    It has to go back to Ireland so it is international also I cant get the parcel flat enough for the 2.5cm limit.

    The website crashed due to high traffic which they acknowledged on social media

    Then you have your evidence.

    Send them a polite, strong, to the point letter stating it was their fault the order was duplicated, therefore their responsibility to absorb all costs in getting it returned.

    Name the company - you will get much more targeted advice.
