Council PCN Rejected

Options
Hi,
I'm new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can help. I have searched through the forum and can't find any similar case.
I received a PCN or parking in a suspended bay in London Borough of Hackney on the 26th of September. At the time there were two different suspensions signs on the same post, one dates 19-25 and another on floor level dated 26-28 which I missed as I only looked at the first one. I have appealed to the council which has been rejected. Am I wasting my time taking this further? I am unable to find out if there is a rule on how many suspension notices can be displayed at the same time but common sense tells me Hackney Council should have one sign for the entire duration or remove the old one and replace with new sign (this was actually done on the following day, 27th September).

Thanks in advance.

Because we deal with private parking tickets, not council ones.

PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there (but please note that a hotmail address won't work - try using a gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering) and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.

PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
