Admin review and money laundering search

MABLE

I have just checked my Noddle report and somewhat confused to the following searches from Vanquis and 118 118. I have never contacted them for credit and concerned why they have appeared on my credit file. Any ideas please.

It could be searches off the back of an eligibility calculator or something you're signed up for

I phoned Vanquis and they were extremely helpful and checked their systems for me while I waited and they confirmed it was because of me using a comparison site.

With 118 118 they are more long winded and advised me they have 56 days left to reply. Nice one!

when i do car insurance (even though paying in full), search history lights up with things like this!
