In Birmingham city centre recently I was stopped by someone who was signing people up for "Supercard" - supercardblack dot com.
They told me the deal was similar to Netflix, first month free and cancel any time.
Based on this lie they took my card details and signed me up.
I realised quickly I'd been charged £25.
I called them up to cancel and refund the payment, and they told me I e-signed a contract so they wouldn't refund me. I didn't "e-sign" anything, the dude in town obviously must have.
Shady !!! company, crap anyway, avoid it, and it's people.
Bank luckily sorted me the refund themselves because of this shady practice.
