Hi Heather,
How about replacing a bit of formula with a bit of cows milk and gradually increase the amount of cow's milk until there is no more formula.
It will probably take longer than 4 days though sorry.

I have a friend with the same problem,
Her daughter is nearly 3 and is still on formula milk(not a lot but only milk she will drink),the health visiter has told her not to worry as she is still getting all the nutrients she needs.
With my son all I did was as the previous poster has said, just replaced some of the formula with cows milk and slowly increased the cows milk, although he wouldn't drink it straight and I now have to do half cows milk and half water.
Hope this helps, good luck. xMfit member no 13 original balance £44000

My eldest refused milk completely a day before he reached 6 months!!! My health visitor told me to get him onto fromage frais and baby yoghurts, cereal and rice, custards.0

may try to mix half and half formula tomorrow.0 -
Have you thought about starting with it on her cereal, I did that and DS was used to it when I gave it as a drink.0

Is it the temperature? One of mine didn't like cows milk from the fridge, but he would drink it if I took the chill off it.Here I go again on my own....0

i think its the taste, she has it in her cereal ok, but she has readybrek so it's mixed in. (she's 12 months)
i've tried it warm and cold and room temp.

I think you just need to persevere. If you are refusing to buy any more formula, just keep offering the cows milk and she will eventually come round to the idea. With our little man, he took to it almost straight away but all kids are different, you'll get there in the end! Good Luck!!0
