Puzzled!

Received savings account statements for my children. I know nothing about them and we were living elsewhere when these were set up so how have new company got new address? Please help!!

    Me too - perhaps if you could clarify the above it'll help?

    Unless you've gone completely off-grid then your current address will be known to a number of organisations, who share data via credit ratings agencies, etc, so financial institutions are able to track changes of address even if you haven't notified them directly, otherwise it would be too simple to evade debts (not that this applies to savings accounts!).

    Is there any chance at all that these are "default" CTF accounts?

    If you receive Child Benefit presumably you advised your new address - this may be the answer?
