3 Parking Tickets

Hello,
Any advice is appreciated. Firstly Ill get everything out on the table and be completely honest as I am sure you can give me better advice following that.
I know of a friend who has 3 parking tickets 18.06 / 20.06 / 04.07. They have ignored everything up till this point which is why I am now asking advice as they may have done the wrong thing. The road they parked on is outside the building I work. It is an airline catering business so the site is sealed front and back by a security gate. The landowner has painted yellow lines and it is policed by UKPC. 2 of the tickets relate to parking on a double yellow (In safe place might I add) the other is for parking on a piece of grass out of the way. Parking is terrible (not an excuse I know). The signs have been damaged and taped up and general policy is to ignore them and park where you can as long as you dont block the road.
The lines have been painted this morning again which suggests an added vigour in fighting parking charges as I imagine many have been challenged successfully.
What is the next step? Should they continue to ignore or make contact somehow?
Regards

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies faq thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to get an understanding of the game you are now caught up in
You are too late for a next step
You are now in the wait and see/debt collectors stage
They have 6 years to commence legal proceedings
Ignore everything except a LBCCA or court correspondence
Throughout here you are advised not to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving0 -
Thankyou for your response.
I have politely read the newbie posts but it generally relates to 1 ticket which is why I requested further clarification from a new thread. I wanted to understand if the threat level increased and if UKPC will follow this up.
What is a LBCCA?

You say you already read the Faq??
Acronyms used here are explained there (#5)
You can see the Ppc's approach to going to court at the parkingappeals.info website.
The more pcns you have is obviously more worthwhile it is for the PCN to pursue you
If you have inadvertently used your real name as your forum name then you need to get MSE to change it to something completely anonymous.
The Ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you0 -

BettySwollock - a real name? PMSLPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Blame template posting!
I'm hoping Ms S will one day reveal to us how to read the FAQ in the 'polite' way she tells us she used before starting a new thread!!0 -
Thank you for you responses.
Not entirely sure what benefit there is to the tone of them and why starting a new thread is such a bad thing. I did not feel my situation had been answered within the FAQ. I did not just post it without thought.
I only enquired to gain a better picture of where I stood so I could move forward. Whilst you have given me an answer I dont think you have painted yourself in a particular good light.0 -
Mmmm…...
Assuming you are referring to my "responses" - you refer to being only given "an" answer when I answered all your questions and gave additional advice to you
You were advised about not revealing who was driving and acted on that advice
You were advised to read the FAQ as your OP showed you had not checked up on the PPC you are involved with
You asked about an acronym covered in the FAQ
Sorry the tone you were given this advice was not to your liking, but you were helped!0 -
Dear Ms Swollock,
I can appreciate your opinion, but I would ask you to re read this thread.
The regulars on here put many hours of there own time in for nothing. They created the Newbies thread to try and cover for as many potential queries as possible. This was to stop them having to answer the same questions 20-30 times per day.
So, when you are "politely asked" to read the Newbies thread, a sarcastic reply from you saying you have "politely read" it....." What does LBCC mean?" does not come across very well.
Especially when there is a list of all acronyms in the Newbies Thread. Some of the regulars may feel it is you, not they who have an attitude problem.
These are the people who will be here to help you when this develops in to a potential court case, and you will need them on your side.0
