BW Legal strikes again!

If you were reading other BWL threads you would know this is how it happens and what you need to do. The same query comes up 3 or 4 times a day, and is also dealt with in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2.

Please don't stay isolated on your own thread, then firing questions that have probably been asked and answered a number of times earlier.

I have just updated the list in post #13 above to include:

• Do not be surprised to receive a copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to put you under pressure.
  
• Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of [URL="https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread[/URL] to find out exactly what to do with it.

Hi all,

BW have replied to my defence. One letter is an offer of reduced payment, the other is a response to the points in my inital defence. I have linked it here as a PDF;

If BWLegal were 100% certain they would win, they would not be making an offer.

The phrase “without prejudice save as to costs” is a term used in law to identify that discussions and offers made to resolve disputes cannot generally be disclosed to courts

And that's your answer, as KeithP says, ignore it. Play their game, win in court and claim costs against them
