Terms and conditions of the Zoflora ‘Sweet, Spice and All Things Nice’ Competition

In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the Site will apply to the ‘Sweet, Spice and All Things Nice’ competition.

The promoter of the Competition is Zoflora, Thornton & Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.

1. Promotion entrants agree to be bound by terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.

2. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.

3. The competition commences at 09:00 on the 22nd October 2018 and finishes at 16:00 on the 9th November 2018.

4. No purchase necessary - entry to the competition is free. To enter, users have to answer 3 questions about the Zoflora festive fragrances. Then users must fill in their details including full name and email address.

5. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

6. You may only submit one entry per person.

7. Entry does not guarantee a prize.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable.

9. The promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion or any technical failures or malfunctions, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the promoter's control.
