ECODAN air source not heating radiators
Hi there, we have recently moved into a new build and only today we realise that our radiators are not heating up, it says on the control panel that its on stand by.....its always on standby. How do i get it off standby? is there a boost function? can i hit it with a hammer?
The manual offers no help what so ever...........
Thanks
Mike

Either get the installer back to tell you how it all works or have a look on YouTube to see how to use the controller.
Hopefully as it's a new build then the system design will be optimised fot the building now you've got to get the controls optimised to suit your lifestyle.
I suggest that you put some effort into understanding how the system works and how to set it up otherwise you could be ever so disappointed with both it's performance and running costs.
Be warned that using the boost function is likely to considerably increase your running costs as it usually just switches in a high powered immersion heater on peak rate energy..Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
