You have at least thirty days to submit a PoPLA appeal. It is often reported that up to thirty-two days is ok.

Thank you for the information !
Though I don't think that the appeal would change much by waiting a few more days. I would rather have a couple of comments from this forum, amend, and send.

I will chase the ICO in the mean time, and while the POPLA appeal is ongoing it would only add weight if they respond positively.
But is it worth adding the weight of mentioning the complaint now, on submission?

If I could get some comments on the rest of the appeal, even better!
But thank you all for spending some valuable time to read and help :D

The point is that you can possibly afford to wait a couple of days for comments here.

    Dear [My Name]

Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference [number].

Euro Car Parks have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

    Yours sincerely

    POPLA Team

They dropped that faster than it took me to sent the appeal.....

On another note, i chased the ICO for this:
It can take up to 3 months to assign a case from the day we receive it. If you send an email to [ico mail] citing your case reference number and asking for an update, the relevant complaint team should be able to update you with more detail.

I'll keep you guys updated, but on the Parking Tickets front, this is now complete !
Thank you again to everyone for your kind support, and especially your help reviewing submissions!
