A few times before, I was parked in my car against this place and I have not had this kind of experience. When I arrived at my car at 20:30, I found a penalty ticket on my car's window and I was shocked because I looked around and I did not notice a parking warning.

I would like to say that our income level is quite low, the price of our car is 500 gbp which is a cheap car and we can eat outside 1-2 nights in a year.

If you give me an account number, I'm going to be ready to pay 5gbp for 2 hours parking fee such as a city centre park fee. Otherwise, I cannot pay this unfair penalty without having a clear parking notice with my low-income scheme.

With my explanation, I would like to request from you to cancel my penalty.

are you sure it's a penalty?
Do not send the above, under any circumstances, it reads as a panic appeal where the person challenging the parking charge notice doesn't pillow what they area draining with.

Oh Dear that was a terrible appeal.

NO-ONE talks about not having any money to pay, you never had to pay it and it is a scam!

I feel so sorry for victims like you who think they have to pay or send a begging appeal. UKPC must laugh at appeals and rub their hands in glee at the thought of scaring you and getting money.

How are you going to manage to see from our guidance, how to appeal to POPLA properly? Oh dear.

You need to read the NEWBIES thread post #3 and copy the POPLA templates and add in evidence that the car park was pitch black. You can log in on UKPC's website and use their own dark blurry photos as evidence in your POPLA appeal.
