Thanks for the response. Like I said at the beginning I have the beginnings of an appeal based on the stickies and it was out of curiousity more than anything.

I wouldn't put it past a nunch of scammers to park one of their own vehicles in your space to ensure you got a PCN.

In addition, dig out your lease/AST and let us know precisely what I says about parking. This will have primacy of contract over anything a third party scammer says,
