To be fair it was a nightmare for us, plus I had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone to them a few months back to explain how it affected us. So, if you complain in writing, with the correct facts and are patient, it can pay off. :money:

You should give the details of the issues you experienced so people can get an idea of what the £400 payment is for.
I've only seen a couple of other posters stating what they got and they were all around £50 - £75.0
