I am currently on the higher rate of Universal Credit due to poor mental health but i have agreed to start full time work Wednesday. I will not be paid by my new employer until 28th Nov which is the same day i am due my Universal Credit(I just got it yesterday)
When will i have to notify DWP about my new earnings? Will i be entitled to next months money?

You should tell them you're working the day you start. But they will get your earnings direct from HMRC and your first wages are not due until 28th November so the first UC payment that will be affected by your wages is the one you get on 28th December.0
