Paid monthly dates

no we are paid either 4 weeks or 5 weeks depending how dates work out, for instance October was paid on the 31st for 4 weeks but only up-to week ending 21st October, they do it in case people leave and owe money but they are pushing there luck in my opinion now0

They are not pushing their luck. They pay you for the work you do, but perhaps not as timely as you would like and their actions do not contravene employment law. Contracts of employment can be changed especially where there are "business needs".If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
