Nope. The real question is how many settle for a meaningful amount of money and obtain other employment before they are broke, because no matter what the settlement says on paper, the potential employers all know they're faced with someone who screws up at their job then takes the employer to tribunal. Funny how that news always gets out no matter what any agreed reference might say.This statistic would be difficult to quantify. As settlements are not centrally recorded.
