Just as a fun update:
Received another ticket when the driver displayed the permit but the wind must have blown it on to the floor as they were getting out. Immediately appealed and requested the pictures which of course was rejected and they didn't send me any pictures. In an attempt to obtain the evidence I sent a SAR to Park&Prop management. They were about a week late, and when they did eventually reply they stated that any information they had about me had been passed on to BW legal and to contact them. Obviously that enraged me as I was trying to get the pictures so I made a complaint to the ICO. Following that I made a SAR to BW legal who a few weeks later emailed me to say that all of my accounts had been closed and asked if I wanted to cancel my request. I didn't reply and they eventually sent me all 2-300 pages of data they had on me about my closed accounts. Juts got a call from my dad to say a huge envelope has been delivered to my address and they have posted all 300 pages to me as well. I feel bad about all the wasted paper but great I have wasted so much of their time and can't have been cheap to post that. (Didn't include any information about the latest ticket so don't know what has happened with that)
This has been tough times for everyone but P&P management have been very brave keeping their operatives out on the frontline giving tickets to residents including my girlfriend who is currently exhausted from running a coronavirus ward.
Also my friend who owns her space got a ticket when the permit was displayed and was obviously outraged so has raised a complaint with every property management person she can so hopefully we are causing P&P some grief.2 -
If they actually own the space, then sue them for trespass, tortious intereferecne with goods, breach of lease, etc.3

I really do question the intelligence of BWLegal ???? A simple letter saying all accounts closed would suffice. PLUS, they seem to have no idea what they are claiming for. When we see some of their nonsensical letters ? the mind boggles ..... totally out of their depth in the parking industry and they should stick to the basic stuff of chasing old gas bills etc etc3

Just read from start to finish - absolutely brilliant.0
