Just wondering if I can dispute a ccj from 2016. I had an ee account in 2013 that I never paid yes my bad and way i moved address in 2014 but still collected my mail from there. Any way checking out the ccj the address is from a place that I moved out of in 2007.
I contacted Lowell and asked why they used that address and they said they got of my credit reference but when I checked it it showed me the year I moved out to my new address.

They only need to use the last address that you gave them. Was that your old address?0

The one the ccj was raised at I moved out of that address in 2007. 11 years ago I opened this account in 2013. So they should not be linked in any way0

In that case, you should be able to dispute it. They should have used the address that EE had.0

How do I go about disputing it.0

I *believe* that you would have to ask for the CCJ to be set aside. This costs £255, but if you are on a low income, you can apply for help with the court fees.
Have a read of the following two articles for full guidance. They are from StepChange and National Debtline.

I love my job0
