please see notice in car park for full terms and conditions
could you read that?0 -
Looks OK to me as an entrance sign.
I doubt NPS can hold a keeper liable so using the forum template should win it, as long as no-one has already appealed and blabbed about the driver.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No appeal or driver named. Just gathering info & advice about best route forward.
Have to say the signs with the terms & conditions are quite difficult to read, took photo of one, it's quite high up, although there were lower ones at the other end of car park.0 -
Looks OK if you bring your binoculars with you
Maybe a judge could loan you his pair of binoculara0 -
IMHO, it looks like signs will not be your strongest suit, as that's clear(ish).
You need to explore the POFA against the Notice they posted.
You are best to complain to the retailers and get it cancelled before POPLA though.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The PCN is not mine, asking for a third party but I will edit the posts to remove the photo links anyway, thanks.0

Shot on a Huawei honnor 9, Long Eaton Sawley at 4:11pm on the 29th of October 2018, not far from ALDI/discount furniture store - possibly a car park with a grubby car wash? From the Plain Language Commission:

Signage is just one of many points that should be pursued. You/the third party needs to check the NTK against the requirements of POFA as well as all other options available as per the NEWBIES.I married my cousin.
