Obviously yes. That's the basis of the alleged contract. Ask BW Legal for copies of the signs and meanwhile send UKCPM a SAR using the DPO contact email in their privacy page, if you haven't already. And yes, they have a data privacy page.and can I ask for images of the signage from that day?
