It hasn't started well. I just switched on the Beeb's coverage to be greeted by the hideous Laura Kuenssberg. She is one of those people who triggers my 'kick the TV' reflex. Is the statement being covered on any other channel?
And, yes, I am hoping that there will be something more interesting to discuss after the Chancellor sits down.

I generally read the text only live reporting on BBC and of course, read the relevant sections in the report. No point watching it on TV.0

A surprisingly big move on the personal allowance and higher rate bands.
Very much looks like a budget keeping the option of an early election open.0 -

I had a quick look at the detailed budget, no significant changes thankfully.
We survive another year.
4.5 Pensions and savings tax
Lifetime allowance for pensions – The lifetime allowance for pension savings will increase in line with CPI for 2019-20, rising to £1,055,000.
Starting rate for savings – The band of savings income that is subject to the 0% starting rate will be kept at its current level of £5,000 for 2019-20. (66)
Individual Savings Account (ISA) annual subscription limits – The adult ISA annual subscription limit for 2019-20 will remain unchanged at £20,000. The annual subscription limit for Junior ISAs for 2019-20 will be uprated in line with CPI to £4,368. (66)
Child Trust Funds – The government will publish a consultation in 2019 on draft regulations for maturing Child Trust Fund accounts. The annual subscription limit for Child Trust Funds for 2019-20 will be uprated in line with CPI to £4,368.0 -
