PIP appeal won letter not received by DWP

My husband won his PIP tribunal in September. He received a letter from the court confirming this. We waited for confirmation from DWP but after 4 weeks had heard nothing.
He rang last week to be told that they hadn't received the courts letter. Someone promised to follow it up and to ring in a weeks time. Just rung them and they still haven't received notification from the courts! The "gentleman" he spoke to seemed pretty clueless and when my husband suggested he ring next week to check on progress he was told "if you really feel a need to"
Does anyone know if they would accept a copy of the letter from us?

Take the letter the courts sent your husband to a job centre, And tell them to email or fax to PIP decision makers and this might speed up the process if any.0

That situation would not seem to be that unusual. When I worked at DWP I heard the same thing on several occasions over the years. General opinion of the administration within the court system was not great.0

Thanks for replies. We can take the letter from court to Job Centre and hopefully we will get a sympathetic ear and some help. This has been such a long drawn out saga from last year when he first applied.0
