Nothing more you can do. Keep notes on what you are doing as this affects your chance to appeal.

If it ever goes to court, doubtful with such a rabble, you never know, a judge will be more than interested.

Have you tried the nearest zoo ? it's possible they spend the night there ????

The company is also a Director of PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT (NORFOLK) LIMITED; (which used to be called Norwich Traffic Control (Services) Ltd until April 2018)

Someone pm'd me, suspecting that this OP was fishing and now on the face of it, it seems pretty clear! Regular updates about the website being down, then suddenly stumbling across that, is a bit a coincidence? Interesting though, not putting the info down.

All falls from grace by aggressive firms and aggressive gits generally, are to be celebrated. I loved a recent 'epic fail by an aggressive git' outcome in particular that I heard about, but that's another story. All good, and a source of great amusement among those interested.

But I am sure I've read that sort of allegation about Mr S before (I understand he used to post here - he pm'd me once or twice).

Not sure it's news/recent? No idea if true?

I don't understand your comment, whoever messaged you must be an NTC fan.
No I'm not fishing for anything. I recently received PCN from NTC and am at the debt collector stage. If you want I can provide evidence? Do I need to send ID as well to prove I am nothing to do with NTC?
I kept updating, because I kept checking and genuinely am just trying to figure out if I need to worry about my PCN for the next few years.
Literally cannot believe someone has jumped to such a horrible assumption.

I will have to create a new account on mse now. Otherwise, when I eventually get my BW Legal letters you will all assume I am an NTC person.
Still in absolute shock you all thought I was doing something underhand. I don't even know what I was meant to be fishing for.
