The cheek of some buyers!!!!

Last month I sold 2 DVD's to the same buyer, waited a few days, sent a reminder invoice, waited a few more, sent another. I opened a dispute about 3 weeks after the sale - which was generous, but given the postal strikes, I thought give some leeway if a cheque or PO is being sent.
8 Days after opening, there has been no further correspondence, so 2 Unpaid Item Strikes issued, and double negged them. Now this was not a newbie either - feedback was over 100 and registered for about 2 years, but still, given 1 month to pay and not a single word back from then since they placed the bid. The two DVD's were relisted last week, and are currently on live auctions at the moment.
I have my Buyer requirements set to reject any bidders with 2 or more unpaid item strikes - and guess who has just messaged me to say that they can not place a bid on the same two DVD's that they previously tried to buy!!
No word of an apology, a reason, or even a half hearted excuse, just asked why they could not bid?!!!
I have decided against replying as I doubt they would understand....

wise move - don't let them past your conciousness. They probably haven't twigged that you are the same person. I have been having problems with reminder invoices getting through, anyone else?0

It would have been interesting to see if they would have honoured their bid this time around;)0
