Hi!
A PCN was issued to the vehicle I'm registered keeper of, in Manchester on date 6th October 18.
Parking was paid for via the 'paybyphone' app and I have screenshots with confirmation.
I have read the advice offered to newbies in this section. I was expecting to have 28 days in which to lodge an appeal, however as I was submitting this on day 26 the website rejected this as it has passed their '21 days appeal timeframe'.
Is there anything I should do, other than wait for the notice to keeper request to arrive?

wait for the NTK and then try appealing again as KEEPER , but not disclosing who was driving0 -
The advice to appeal on day 26 is for BPA members only.
Never mind, the appeal would not have worked anyway, so like all IPC cases, ignore them and win it at defence stage/small claim.
If you haven't had the first letter (NTK) yet, then that's when to submit the fairly pointless appeal...makes no odds though!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
