Interesting excercise. The test shows the signal is only about 50 - 60%. It also reports I don't have a phone line connected, in fact I've never had one connected.
The system health check was inaccesable without a pin. I have a pin? I've certainly never used it.
Anyhow, I unplugged everything and then plugged it all back in and now it works again. Its always the simplest things, isn't it?
