Amazon issue

Please move if in wrong place...

I ordered 3 trance CD's & 1 PS4 Game (Black Ops 4) off amazon to my work address (Suffolk County council post room) never had any issue's before they always deliver to us..

1 Cd has arrived (Friday)

Other 3 items Amazon tried to deliver today (Council is closed Sat/Sunday they know that) so rung customers services to get it re delivered for tomz or my home address today... Got told we will try to deliver it today to home address (Can't guarantee it/ try work address tomorrow

What rights do I have if my parcels go missing?

    You don't know yet if they are missing, later today or tomorrow should tell.

    Does the tracking show them out for redelivery today?

    It said today and amazon customer services agent said there been a mess up etc...

    Never had an issue before they always deliver to the council

    Well in that case you have been very lucky.



    However Amazon personal are human after all, so mistakes do happen but equally they are excellent at sorting them out.
