just finishing off my Witness Statement which I'll be posting on here for review.
If any of the pros are able to look at my post #61 that would be really appreciated.

    2 questions:
    1. If a company is Dormant, are they able to bring a county court claim?
    2. Is it permissible to deliver my WS to the Claimant via email?

    Many thanks

Reaching my deadline for submission now.
Further to my posts 61+62, can anyone guide me on the VCS vs Crutchley case that BWLegal seem to like using?

Search the forum for that single word, and for Kumari.

All been discussed before in 2018. :)

Thanks Castle. I appreciate you're busy but if you get a moment to look at the BW WS in my post #61 that would be really appreciated.
At the moment my WS seems pretty long so just just trying to finesse it....I've got lots to say!

Have you done this, to do the necessary research yourself?
Search the forum for that single word, and for Kumari.

I literally just wrote a summary pulling apart a WS including Kumari. Easy to find.

    Hi Guys

I've already submitted my witness statement and exhibit pack. I didnt have time to post on here before completing. This can be viewed in the links below.

I include just the main items ive referred to in the exhibit pack and wont bore you with all the other letters etc.

I'd be grateful for any comments on its content from the pros.

    Very good!

Nice pictures - how on earth would anyone know that's a PDT machine car park?

Re the Youtube video - again very good evidence. How are you going to show that in court if the Judge lets you, will you take a laptop?

    Hi Castle.

Thanks very much for taking the time to look through that.

Indeed how would anyone know it was a P&D car park?! I spent nearly an hour there gathering evidence and even then I didnt see much to tell me it was a P&D. The few signs there were, the signs and writing were tiny and very poorly positioned.

I will be taking my laptop to the hearing which is this coming week.

Am I right in thinking I need to submit my claim for costs a couple of days prior the hearing?
I've looked at what can be claimed for, have I missed anything?:

Due to the nature of my work, I can only take holiday in blocks of 7 days, not single days. So I've had to take 7 days off to ensure I am free for the hearing. I intend to claim for this whole week.

I would have done some overtime which is available on the court date so will be claiming for that too.

Other items to claim for: Mileage, stationary, postage, parking etc.

I will attempt to claim an hourly rate for the amount of time I have put into responding to this claim...many hours!

If anyone has some pointers/advice/direction on my legal arguments and cited case laws all comments greatly appreciated.

Thoroughly looking forward to my day in court. I'll keep you all posted.

Thanks again to everyone on this forum who has helped and guided me.

Whilst I would like to take the credit, it was Coupon-mad who responded.:)

You may want to check out this thread as it appears to be same site with the same mistakes in the paperwork from BWL
