Put some silicon in and then grind some brick dust to camouflage it.
I think you must be one of the most considerate vendors out there!Gather ye rosebuds while ye may0 -
I made any changes to any fittings I wanted to take and lifted plants and potted them up before putting house on market.
That way there was no problem over what was being left.0 -
Hmmm, not sure. By that reckoning then all my mirrors etc need to be left? And wall mounted televisions?
Light fittings are also screwed to the ceiling, but it’s ok to take them and replace with ordinary pendant & bulb?
I also wouldn't have removed the shelves, they are fitted after all. Not filling the holes will make it obvious that you have removed the shelves.0 -
Shelves should be left part of fixtures and fittings!0

Shelves surely are a grey area as while I'd expect cupboards to be left I wouldn't expect every type of shelf to be left. They're often part of the decor and would be changed with each owner or when redecorating like pictures and mirrors.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0
